CARBOCAGE FR mini - Freeride chain guide (GRP)

The mini version of the CARBOCAGE FR is designed for chainrings of 32-35 teeth. The CARBOCAGE mini is designed for all types of frames, both for hardtails and for fulls with a lot of spring travel. Fiber composite materials are far superior to aluminum or steel as a material for chain guides. On the one hand, the lower weight, and on the other hand, the better resistance to moderate force. Once set, the guide is maintenance-free. An annoying readjustment is no longer necessary, since the fiber composite materials yield during flexing and flex back into their starting position. Light-weight guides made of steel or aluminum, on the other hand, bend very easily and must therefore be readjusted frequently.
